One of the largest “family safety platforms”, Life360, has been reportedly revealed to be one of the largest providers of location data, frequently selling location data from both adult and child users to a variety of data brokers. These data brokers then provide the information to other, third-party customers.

Life360 CEO Chris Hulls said in a statement that the company has “no means to confirm or deny the accuracy” of whether Life360 is a large source of data for the data brokering industry, but two former Life360 staffers contribute to the validity of these claims.
