This morning, Apple revealed its next lineup of products, which will begin shipping in the coming month. Here’s a recap of what was announced.

Firstly, the Airpods 3 were announced, boasting an improved battery life, improved sweat/water resistance, and the AirPods pro’s “force sensor”. Being priced at the relatively low $179, these AirPods will begin shipping next week.

Next, Apple revealed its next two installments in its M1 chip series. Called the M1 Pro and M1 Max, Apple states that these processors are the best-in-class, featuring a performance increase of 70% over the classic M1 chip. While the M1 Pro features 16 GPU cores, 200GB/s of memory bandwidth, and 32GB of unified memory, the M1 Pro Max features double these.

Apple is also releasing a new Macbook Pro, featuring 14 or 16-inch screens, and the option of M1 Max or M1 Max Pro chips. Featuring the best laptop performance yet, they will start at $2000 and $3000 respectively, with upgrades in chips and storage costing more. These laptops will begin shipping in two weeks.

Finally, Apple announced Apple Music Voice, a separate subscription service featuring exclusively siri-controlled music playing at a lower price point.
