The coming months are set to be big for tech and software giant Microsoft, as their new Windows 11 Operating System is slated to roll out on October 5. Additionally, the company has recently announced a plethora of new Microsoft Surface devices, including the Surface Duo 2, Surface Go 3, and Surface Pro X, in its Microsoft Surface event on September 22nd. Here’s everything you need to know about the new devices.
The Surface Duo 2 features a slew of upgrades, ranging from the camera to the screens, and starts at $1499. This foldable tablet comes with the Snapdragon 888 5G processor, the same one featured in Samsungs’ Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 foldable devices.
The Surface Go 3 remains the most affordable entry-level surface device. At a price point of just $399, this tablet is directly competing with Apple’s latest education-level iPad. The device will begin shipping on October 5th.
The Surface Laptop Studio has completely overhauled the Surface Book 3, with a slimmer profile and a three-position display. The Surface Pro 8 and X both grew in terms of form factor, and include resting places for the new Slim Pen 2, a wirelessly charging digital pen.
