SEQUENCE WALLET MAKES GAMING NFT PAYMENT EASIER
With all the latest advancements in the world of payments – the digitization process that the crypto kicked off a few years ago is a trend on the rise again.
This time, just like the Art world did, the Gaming industry is embracing a slew of NFT and crypto startups that makes things: a) easier and b) more digital.
The Sequence Wallet in-gaming NFT based project is the most recent example making shockwaves in the news on this new money making online trend.
The Sequence platform also consists of the central Sequence Wallet, a non-custodial wallet made for Web3 games that has a social sign-on—think Google or Apple or Facebook—to help onboard crypto beginners. Using smart contracts, the wallet also lets its users easily attempt transactions across chains using a stablecoin like USDC.
Horizon’s lead investor, Brevan Howard, suggests that Horizon has the potential to make a huge impact on the blockchain gaming space. It called Horizon the “web3 Epic Games + Google,” and Kieltyka the “Tim Sweeney of Web3” in a blog post this week, making a comparison between Horizon’s Sequence platform and Epic’s Unreal Engine
